Notary Services
These services can take place at S & K Notary or we can come to you! We also offer remote notarizations. Prices listed below are for the stamp only, other fees will apply.
1. Witness Signature When a notary is required to watch you sign a document For example, Vehicle Title $5.00/ signature
2. Acknowledgement When you acknowledge to a Notary that you signed the document, intended to sign it, and understand what you signed. For example; mortgage, deeds, wills, etc. $5.00 for acknowledgment $2.00/ each additional name
3. Oath or Affirmation When the client makes a declaration before the notary to uphold a promise. For example an oath of office $5.00/ per individual.
4. Verify Oath or Affirmation When a notary verifies that a client took an oath and signed a statement before them. Verification is $5.00
5. Certified Copy Certify a document is a true and correct copy of another document. $5.00 per copy
